This package is suitable for families who would like a gold standard of personalised support whilst working to improve their little one's sleep. As well as the consultation and personalised plan, this package also offers an additional period of email support, as well as a 30 minute follow up call, where we can review the plan's success and discuss a plan of action moving forward. - Completion and review of your sleep diary - Completion and review of your comprehensive sleep questionnaire - 30 minute 1;1 Zoom consultation - 3 weeks of unlimited email support - 30 minute follow-up Zoom session Please note that payment is required before consultation
