My approach
My aim is to make sleep simple.
Welcome, I’m Charlotte Evans - Level 5 OCN certified Infant Sleep Consultant (with distinction), founder of The Good Snooze Company, and mum to two amazing boys.

Like so many of the parents I work with, I know first-hand how exhausting it can be to balance a career with motherhood. When I had two under two while working in my corporate role, the only thing that kept me going was the gift of solid, restorative sleep.

That’s why I created The Good Snooze Company - to help parents like you find simple, science-backed solutions to sleep struggles. I take a holistic view of your baby’s sleep, not just what's happening overnight, so your whole family can get the sleep you need.

My solutions are responsive, while also guiding you to set healthy boundaries that encourage independent sleep. The result? Longer stretches for your baby, calmer nights for your family, and the energy and focus you need to thrive both at home and in your career.

I’m here to help you reclaim your rest, your evenings, and your clarity — so you can feel like yourself again and show up as the professional and parent you want to be.
I'm here to make sleep one less thing to worry about.

Love, Charlotte xx

FAQs
Why should I use a sleep consultant?
Every family has a different idea of what they consider to be a 'sleep issue', but if your little one's sleep (or lack of!) is starting to affect your mood, family life or your work, then it's time to get in touch. I am a certified Level 5 OCN Sleep Practitioner, and have first hand experience of supporting my two boys with their (very different!) sleep needs, as well as my happy and now well-rested clients.

If you have Googled baby sleep at 3am, received a lot of advice from well-meaning family and friends, and don't have time to trawl through masses of baby books - I'm here to help you clear the fog and give your little one the tailored sleep support they need for a good snooze.
I don't want my baby to cry, can I still sleep train?
Of course! When parents think about 'sleep training' they often think of methods such as 'cry it out' or the 'Ferber' controlled crying. I prefer to use more responsive methods to support your little one with their sleep, and I will never ask you to leave your baby to cry for long periods. I do always caveat my support methods by saying that although I am advocating these responsive sleep training methods, we are making changes to your little ones sleep which may naturally involve some crying while they re-adjust.
How does The Snooze Package work?
Full details of what's included with The Snooze Package are available on the Consultations page. Once you have booked your consultation, I will ask you to complete a 3 day sleep diary and a short sleep questionnaire which I will review prior to our consultation. I will also create a bespoke sleep plan and will be available for two weeks after the consultation to support you (and cheer you on!)
