Suitable from 5 months to 5 years This package is for you if you are experiencing a longer term or disruptive sleep issue and you've decided "enough is enough!" and it's time to get some support. The Little Snooze Package includes a 1:1 consultation with me, where we will discuss your little one's sleep diary, the responses from your comprehensive questionnaire, and my recommendations and steps for how to resolve the issue and get your hole family the good snooze you all need. Includes: - Completion and review of a sleep diary - Completion and review of a comprehensive sleep questionnaire - 30 minute 1:1 Zoom consultation - Personalised sleep plan - 2 weeks of WhatsApp or email support Please note that payment is required before consultation
